Delivery Costs

Orders Under £200.00: A delivery charge of £12.00 + VAT will be applied.

Orders Over £200.00: Free delivery is available to mainland UK destinations only.

EU & International Destinations: Delivery costs vary based on the destination country, total package weight, volumetric dimensions, and the chosen courier service. The final shipping rate will be calculated dynamically and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. We reserve the right to contact you prior to dispatch if the actual shipping cost significantly exceeds the amount quoted at checkout.

Delivery Schedule: Our deliveries are contracted to outside carriers who deliver Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) between 8:30am and 5:30pm.

Receipt and Signatures: All deliveries must be signed for. Please retain your receipt. If goods show obvious signs of transit damage upon receipt, please refuse the delivery.

Order Processing: Orders are usually shipped the next working day (subject to stock availability) unless otherwise stated. Orders placed after 2pm (GMT) on Friday will be processed the following Monday.

Our Carriers: We predominantly use Royal Mail and Parcelforce. We may occasionally use DPD, UPS and FedEx.
International Customs, Duties, and Refused Deliveries

Taxes and Fees: We ship worldwide. We are not responsible for any VAT, customs duties, or other import taxes that your package may incur upon entering the destination country. All such charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Refused or Abandoned Parcels: If you refuse to accept a delivery or fail to pay the required import duties, taxes, or clearance fees, causing the courier to return the parcel to us, this will be handled as an unauthorised return.

Refund Deductions: In the event of a refused or abandoned international delivery, we reserve the right to deduct the following costs directly from your product refund:

The original outbound shipping fee paid at checkout.

All return shipping costs and surcharges issued by the courier to return the package to our UK warehouse.

Any disposal, storage, or administrative fees incurred from the carrier.

- Refund Finalisation: A partial refund for the goods will only be processed once the parcel has safely arrived back at our UK facility and has been inspected. If the total return shipping and courier fees exceed the financial value of the ordered goods, no refund will be issued.
Transit Damage

Pre-Dispatch Quality: All goods are examined in detail prior to dispatch to ensure they leave our warehouse in perfect condition.

Obvious Damage: If your purchase shows obvious signs of transit damage upon delivery, please refuse to accept the delivery and notify us immediately.

Concealed Damage: If damage is only evident upon opening the packaging, you must inform us within 48 hours of receipt.

Resolution: In either case of confirmed transit damage, we will arrange the re-delivery of replacement goods as soon as possible.
