Yes, you can checkout as a guest.
If you forget your password, click on the Forgot Password link in the Account login page.
Your password will be mailed to the e-mail address that you have given as part of your account information.
Order
Registered users:To check the status of an order, click on the Order Tracking button. If you know your order number, enter it and click on the View Order button. If you do not know your order number, click on the Order Summary button; all the orders you have placed with us (both through the web and through other means) are listed. Click on the order number whose status you want to check. The order details are displayed along with the tracking numbers for the shipments made.
Guest users: If you did not choose to register currently you are unable to check the status of your order. You will need to contact us with your order number, and we will provide you with tracking information. If you provide your email address with your order, we will send you shipping information via email.
Please contact us as soon as you discover there is a mistake with your order so we can work to correct it.
Though we process your order immediately, we may be able to change your order before we send it out.
To cancel an order, you must contact us by mail or through telephone and we will give you further information.
If the order has not yet shipped, no additional change or cancellation fees will be applied.
If your order is changed, the total cost may vary from the original cost depending on your requirements.

No, unfortunately we are currently unable to accept phone orders.
Payment
You can pay using any major credit or debit card (through PayPal- you do not need a PayPal account), with a PayPal account, bank transfer (BACS) , cheque, or cash on collection.
Refunds are normally issued the same day of the cancellation.
Shippping
To add a shipping address, click on the Address Book tab once you are into your account.
Your existing address book entries will now be listed.
Click on the "New Address" button to add a new shipping address.
Yes. you can easily edit or delete any shipping address entry in your address book.
Default account addresses can be edited but not deleted.
Registration
As a registered customer, you will be able to login to your account and view all previous and recent orders, re-order items from those orders and also print out any of your orders and invoices.
No. If you already have an account with us, contact our Customer Service; they will give you your login details.
You can login and then change your password.
