The Record AIS 290 (also known as AIR 290) is an active infrared presence sensor with a narrow light curtain.
It is mostly suitable for side screen safety due to its small field of detection or any application where a small field of detection is needed
The sensor actively communicates with the door controller using the the Record CAN-bus communication protocol and gives us 2 benefits:

The wiring is a simple plug and play, extremely reliable, resulting is a stable connection between sensors,the operating unit and the door drive.
